Ordering Policy
- Orders may take anywhere from 1-4 business days to be fulfilled & shipped out or ready for pickup.
- Fulfillment takes place Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
- During holidays and other periods of high demand, fulfillment may be slightly delayed. Thank you for your patience.
- Each holiday season, shipping cut-off dates are usually on or around December 15th, or the closest Monday to that date. This is not a guarantee of receiving your order by any specific date.
- All orders excluding manufacturer direct (drop ship) orders are fulfilled & shipped from Las Vegas, NV.
Order Changes
Orders cannot be changed after they have been fulfilled & shipped.
If it is the same day or within 12 hours of placing your order, please Contact Us and include your order number and the details of your request to change your order.
We cannot guarantee that order change requests will be approved. If you need to cancel your order instead, please let us know.
Items On Hold & Pre-Orders
For pre-order and special event items, your order will be placed on hold until we receive the product. As soon as those items arrive, your order will be shipped to you.
Cancelled or Partially Refunded Orders
If an item is no longer available in your order and will not be re-stocked, you will receive an email stating that your order has been cancelled or partially refunded.
