Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders (USA) are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage at a flat shipping rate of $7.49 per order.

International Orders are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide, USPS First Class International, or USPS Priority International. Rates are automatically calculated by the carrier when selected.

  • Expedited and overnight shipping is not available.

  • Please note that all shipping options listed do not include order processing days, which may take up to 5 business days. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.
  • Free shipping promotions do not guarantee any specific shipping option.

  • Original shipping costs on orders returned or exchanged are non-refundable. Exceptions will be made if your order contained missing/incorrect items.

  • Made-to-order products are shipped separately from the rest of your order, and shipping partners may vary depending on vendor. 

International Shipping

  • International Shipping is automatically calculated by carrier (DHL/USPS) when an international address is entered.

Made-to-Order Products

  • Orders placed for made-to-order products (made and shipped directly from the manufacturer) will be shipped separately from any orders fulfilled directly by us.

  • You will receive a separate tracking number for your made-to-order products.

  • Shipping timelines vary by manufacturer (anywhere from several days to 2 weeks to process, manufacture, and ship out your custom order).

How do I calculate my shipping costs?

  •  Simply place the items you plan to purchase in your shopping cart, go to the checkout page and enter your shipping address. The system will auto-calculate your shipping costs.

I need my order by a certain date or timeframe. Can I pay extra for expedited shipping?

  • We do not offer expedited shipping or guarantee any specific delivery dates.

  • Please email us after submitting your order so we are aware that you need the order by a certain date.

  • Even if we can fulfill your order quickly, please note that expected shipping dates do not guarantee delivery by a specific date. Once your order is in carrier possession, we do not have control over how long it takes for it to arrive to you.

  • We highly recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance of the latest date you need your order to arrive. This will ensure that your order is fulfilled and shipped with enough time for unforeseen delays. 

  • Made-to-order products cannot be expedited by our partners, and we highly recommend placing your order 3-4 weeks ahead of the time you need the product, to ensure it delivers to you ahead of the date you need the product in-hand.

How do I update the shipping address on my order after I have placed it?

  • Please Contact Us as soon as possible so we can try to update your shipping address while your order is still awaiting fulfillment.

  • If your order has already been fulfilled, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Please reach out if this occurs.
