Domestic Orders (USA) are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage at a Flat shipping rate of $7.49 per order.

International Orders are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide, USPS First Class International, or USPS Priority International. Rates are automatically calculated by the carrier when selected.

  • Expedited and overnight shipping is not available.

  • Please note that all shipping options listed do not include order processing days, which may take up to 5 business days. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.

  • Free shipping promotions do not guarantee any specific shipping option.

  • Original shipping costs on orders returned or exchanged are non-refundable. Exceptions will be made if your order contained missing/incorrect items.

International Shipping

  • International Shipping is automatically calculated by carrier (DHL/USPS) when an international address is entered.

How do I calculate my shipping costs?

  •  Simply place the items you plan to purchase in your shopping cart, go to the checkout page and enter your shipping address. The system will auto-calculate your shipping costs.

I need my order by a certain date or timeframe. Can I pay extra for expedited shipping?

  • We do not offer expedited shipping or guarantee any specific delivery dates.
  • Please email us after submitting your order so we are aware that you need the order by a certain date.
  • Even if we can fulfill your order quickly, please note that expected shipping dates do not guarantee delivery by a specific date. Once your order is in carrier possession, we do not have control over how long it takes for it to arrive to you.

  • We highly recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance of the latest date you need your order to arrive. This will ensure that your order is fulfilled and shipped with enough time for unforeseen delays.

How do I update the shipping address on my order after I have placed it?

  • Please Contact Us as soon as possible so we can try to update your shipping address while your order is still awaiting fulfillment.

  • If your order has already been fulfilled, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Please email us if this occurs.
