Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase date.
- No returns or exchanges during matches.
- Refunds do not include original shipping charges.
- Items must be in 100% original, sellable condition with all tags & stickers attached.
- Exchanges can be made for a different size, or a different item of equal or greater value.
- No returns or exchanges on Final Sale items.
Return & Exchange Instructions
Please follow the steps below to ensure your request is approved and processed in a timely manner:
- Return merchandise with a copy of the packing slip or order receipt. If this is not possible, please include a note with your order number and details of your request.
- Please label your return packages as we have directed you, this ensures that the carrier directs the package appropriately to us.
- Ensure that returned merchandise meets all terms of our return policy (see above).
- When shipping merchandise back to us, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance. We are not liable for shipping delays or lost parcels while returning items.
- Once received, it may take 3-5 business days to process returns and exchanges. Tracking details on exchanges will be provided via email.
Wrong Item Received
If you received an incorrect order (wrong size, wrong item) please Contact Us. Please include a photo of the incorrect or wrong sized item.
We will follow up with you and provide a pre-paid return label to ship back the incorrect item. Once we receive the item, we will ship the correct item(s) to you. Please include the packing slip or a note with your order number when shipping items back to us.
Partial Orders & Missing Items
If you received a partial order or are missing items from your order, please Contact Us with details on which item(s) are missing from your order.
We will follow up with you and update you on the missing item(s) and will ship them to you as soon as they’re available to ship.
Please note that drop-ship items are shipped separately, directly from the manufacturer, and will not deliver with other items in your order.
Orders On Hold
For pre-orders and special event products, your order will be placed on hold until we receive the product. We will provide updates as needed on the status of your order. Please Contact Us if you have any questions.
Damaged & Defective Merchandise
If you received a damaged or defective product, please Contact Us with the details of your issue. Please include photos of the damaged or defective merchandise.
We will follow up with you and provide a pre-paid return label to ship back the damaged or defective item. You may return for a refund or exchange for the same item.
